5″OGEE:
This is your standard gutter style. It has been available seamlessly for the last 35+ years. It is your most common gutter since no one has designed different styles to come to your home. It is a beautiful gutter with a nice crown molding shape. However, it should not be used on every home. This gutter has a 5” width (top). This profile is made out of 12” of flat material.
6″OGEE:
This is a larger version of 5”ogee and has also been available seamlessly since the 80’s. It gives the same crown molding effect only larger. Houses that have a larger fascia area should use this size for two reasons:
- It gives a more proportioned look with the larger background.
- If you have a lot of trees around your home this size is more effective because it’s easier to clean, and is less likely to overflow even with debris.
This size is strongly recommended if you have a Tile, Shake, or Metal Roof. This gutter has a 6” width (top). This profile is made out of 15” of flat material
6″Round:
This machine was designed in the 90’s seamlessly. This was designed so that the gutter could be made seamlessly (aluminum, copper, and now rhinezinc) at your home more efficiently and cost effectively. This gutters uniqueness compliments Spanish Tile roofs, Shake, and Metal roofs. This shape looks great with rafters and corsals (especially rounded). It also looks great with Composition roofs. What makes the round gutter special is that the bottom does not have two corners which can dam with debris. Like a swale in the mountain is round. Round gutters flow better than square gutters do. This gutter has a 6” width (top). This profile is made out of 12” of flat material.
5” Fascia Gutter:
This design is called a Fascia gutter. The reason it’s called a Fascia gutter is because it gives the appearance of fascia board, not a rain gutter. It’s long and narrow to extend the appearance of your fascia but it does the duties of a gutter. This gutter has a 5” width (top). This profile is made out of 15” of flat material.
THE FOLLOWING GUTTERS WE DESIGNED FOR OUR CLIENTS SO THEY CAN CHOOSE A GUTTER PROFILE OF THEIR LIKING WITHOUT THE HEAVY PRICE OF CUSTOMIZATION.
These shapes were designed for the sole purpose of bringing our factory to your home. Extrude the gutter seamlessly in Aluminum, Copper, and Rhinezinc. This way it cuts down on labor costs like the previous four gutter shapes do. Except in this case we are the innovator that designed, engineered, and just built these machines. The four previous machines cost $10,000 to $40,000 per machine whereas the next six machines cost us $80,000 each. We built them from the ground up. Again we did this not to charge you more but to charge you less. These same shapes would cost you triple the amount in Steel after having them painted, and painted, and painted…
4”Box:
This shape is not available yet but will be approximately available February 2009. It is in the planning and engineering stage. It takes approximately one year to design and build a machine to be ready for consumer use. This gutter profile will be made out of 12” of flat material.
5”Box:
We have designed this gutter to offer you a unique Box shape that has been available since January 2007. Again not to look like a gutter, but to give the trim of the house an extra step without the crown molding look. This is one of our exclusive designs. Since this is our custom design, all accessories for this gutter will need to be handmade. This gutter profile is made out of 15” of flat material.
6” Box:
This gutter replicates the 5”Box but is 1” wider. This profile was available since January 2007. Keep in mind that Spanish, Flat, Shake, and Metal roofs should use a wider gutter. Water is more likely to overshoot a standard 5”OG gutter with these types of roofs. This gutter replicates the 4”box and 5”box in all shape and form except it is wider. This gutter profile is made out of 15” of flat material.
5” Pitch Back:
This gutter profile was available in February 2008. We purposely designed this gutter because a lot of homes have fascia that is at an angle. All gutter styles with the exception of the 6”Rnd have a flat back side and flat bottom which would reveal a gap between the angled wood and the gutter. We designed this shape to fill that gap up to 65 degrees. The entire back of gutter rests on the wood whereas the other gutter in time could start to sag. This gutter has a 5” width (top). This profile is made out of 15” of flat material.
6” Pitch Back:
This gutter is the same as the 5” Pitch Back but is wider for Spanish, Flat, Shake, and Metal roofs. The back of this gutter profile can adjust up to 65 degrees. This gutter has a 6” width (top). This profile is made out of 15” of flat material.
6” Angle:
This shape is unique because of its flat surfaces with the exception of the front. The front of the gutter slants 65 degrees giving a unique appearance. Once again, this design does not look so much like a gutter. This gutter has a 6” width (top). This profile uses 15” of flat material.
